Who ever dreams that they will go to jail and then that they need a lawyer? I am one of those people that had always claimed it wouldn’t happen to me. But because of a mistake I made, I found myself living the worst nineteen hours of my life March 18, 2005. Jail was a scary place, but the fear of what was to come totally overwhelmed me. Not only was I charged with a DWI, but also a PCS. Reality set in, and so much was at stake. I met with a lawyer whose office was located near my home. I didn’t have a good feeling about that lawyer. It felt like money was what my case was all about. Payment was required up front, which the fee was outrageous. My advice at that time was to just plead out, that my case wasn’t one likely to win. I left upset and extremely down. Luckily in the meantime I had a very dear friend who worked diligently to find the best lawyer for my case. I spoke with John and set up a meeting immediately with both him and Jennifer. I was nervous, of course, when I first walked into the office, but quickly became at ease.
